Job Requirements ;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, any field
  • English fluency is a must
  • Age preference max 24-30 years old
  • Able to work with a team
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in shipping, express logistics service flied knowledge will be of advantage
  • Good communication skill orientation to detail customer focus strive of continuous improvement
  • Good attitude, responsible, initiative and proactive, multitask and good team work
  • Strong ability to solve difficult problems and emergencies, strong leadership
  • Willing to work under shift & public holiday
 
Job Responsibilities ;
  • Ensuring good coordination and communication with buyer/seller/internal and among team
  • Strong communication to coordination, independent thinking ability and execution ability, excellent analytical and problem solve skills, and able to properly handle various complaints and emergencies
  • Follow up any inquiry form internal or external client
  • Continuously optimize customer service quality and improve from data reporting and daily management processes
  • Responsible for the formulation and evaluation of the overall performance appraisal indicators of the customer service team.
