Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in any major
Minimum 2 years experience in Operation/Logistics
Have minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor
Able To Speak in English
Good communication skill
Attention to detail & target oriented

Responsibilities :

Working with operation team to manage DOP sellers and stations inquiries
Monitoring and follow up station expansion process on daily basis, to ensure and maintain Caller and trainer’s performance
Monitor and do inbound call related expansion offer, training schedule for existing and new targeted DOP Sellers to be our DOP Agent
Managing seller’s issues and follow up to operation team such as refreshment training request, pick up process, claim process, etc.
Work together with SE and Lazada Team for expansion process and training related activities such as force migration activities, scoreboard update, etc.
Provide insight and intuitive to increase performance of caller and trainer team, increase coverage of DOP Station expansion, etc.
Provide comprehensive report for manager in line, including reports of: Expansion plan, Training Plan, Caller Plan, etc.

Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
