Requirements :
  • Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Operation/Logistics 
  • Have minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor 
  • Able To Speak in English 
  • Good communication skill  
  • Attention to detail & target oriented 
Responsibilities :
  • Working with operation team to manage DOP sellers and stations inquiries  
  • Monitoring and follow up station expansion process on daily basis, to ensure and maintain Caller and trainer’s performance 
  • Monitor and do inbound call related expansion offer, training schedule for existing and new targeted DOP Sellers to be our DOP Agent 
  • Managing seller’s issues and follow up to operation team such as refreshment training request, pick up process, claim process, etc. 
  • Work together with SE and Lazada Team for expansion process and training related activities such as force migration activities, scoreboard update, etc. 
  • Provide insight and intuitive to increase performance of caller and trainer team, increase coverage of DOP Station expansion, etc. 
  • Provide comprehensive report for manager in line, including reports of: Expansion plan, Training Plan, Caller Plan, etc.

  • Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
  • Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
  • Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
