PRIMARY ROLE :
To ensure all export jobs are being processed completely and accurately in order to achieve excellent service and create the BDP Experience. Develop, guide and monitor direct subordinate to achieve optimal performance through coaching, training and other developmental tools
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Verify all export jobs meets customer’s target
  • Supervise export staff to ensure error minimization, zero delays and to maximize productivity
  • Maintain close relationship with customers by proactive and responsive communications
  • Responsible for ensuring that BDP’s Management System Standards are followed and enforced
  • Provide recommendation on staff performance to Customer Service Manager
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
  1. Diploma Degree, with min. 3 years experiences in freight forwarding/logistic business
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skill
  3. Posses effective supervisory skill
  4. Able to work under pressure
  5. Target oriented
  6. Fluent in oral and written English
