Responsible for daily warehouse management: inbound, put away, picking, packing, outbound and return management activities
Assigns employees to balance workload. Arranges alternate coverage of service in case of employee absence or equipment failure.
Monitors work to ensure efficient and effective operations. Observes operational practices and enforces safety policies and procedures. Makes recommendations for process improvement, including changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of operations.
Generates and analyses operational reports and make recommendations as appropriate for necessary action and improvement.
Investigates and reports on worker injuries, accidents, and other incidents, maintains time records and manages attendance issues, provides timely feedback.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Ensure the accuracy of inventory and also ensure goods quality
Coordination with Main Warehouse and Last Mile Team for Inbound and Outbound Process
Planning of staff shifting, create training plan and also evaluate the quality of work (effective and efficient methods)
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma's Degree in any field
At least 2 years managerial experience in express/transport operation for Logistics SPV position.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, good analytical skill, able to translate the data into graphs / tables.
Able to conduct presentation to Senior Management team
Experience in handling a large team, good leadership skill and able to lead a team in accomplishing projects, achieving the performance target
Willing to be placed in Bandung
