Responsibilities:
  • Managing security performance in all HUBs and Sortation and also conduct investigation based on company compliance and applicable law in Indonesia
  • Arrange to deploy security staff to effectively monitor and protect company property assets.
  • Review internal concerns and conduct additional research and investigation as necessary.
  • Responsible on security performance
  • Responsible to control security budget in all company business unit
  • Supervise Jr. Investigator when conduct internal investigations as required with confidentiality
  • Supervise security commander to do CCTV & Security assessment properly
  • Respond to emergencies in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate follow up reporting
  • Support company to reduce breach, loss, damage, etc
  • Educate associates, employees, security, and related party on company L&P purposes
  • Review & make internal report after completed investigate
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Law
  • Have at least 2 years experience in loss&prevention, internal investigator,  auditor
  • Has worked in a Distribution Centre or large warehouse in previous experiences
  • Confident and build effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good Analythical thinking & Negotiation skills,
