Responsibilities :
 
1. BUILD SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE BASE
  • Ensure updated information on operation system available and accessible in internal site
  • Translate available training material to local language and or upgrade by tailored it for local operations needs
  • Conduct training for operations trainer (Train the Trainer) and or sharing session for operations
  • Create system knowledge content for operations (Video, FAQ documents, PPT, etc)
2. SYSTEM & PROCESS ALIGNMENT
  • Ensure current operations process align with system procedure
  • Conduct pre-UAT for new system before goes to operations and implement after acceptance
  • Align with related internal party on any process changes at operations
  • System Audit
3. LOCAL SUPER ADMIN
  • Provide suggestions and or initial solutions for business problem relates with system operations
  • Support operations as local 911 (first issue aid)
  • Conduct investigations for system issue, align with related party between business unit and across system platform
4. CONFIGURATION
  • Update operations system and business network configuration in Lazada platform
  • Owner for external system access control
5. SYSTEM ENHANCEMENT
  • Understand the operation needs and translate them into operation system Mock-Up and or Business Requirement Document for development
  • Bridging between product team and or technologies with business owner for system improvement

Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in Logistics, Computer Science or related field
  • More than 2 years of working experience is preferred
  • Good analytic mind and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point
  • Working with tight datelines from ad-hoc requests
  • Working extended hours during off days to fulfil urgent requirements.
  • Ability to work under sustained pressure
  • Work in a matrix organization between local venture and regional management
  • Team player and ability to work independently
  • Effectively bilingual in both English and local language a must

  • Express: own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery
  • Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
  • Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
  • Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
