Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Analytical Thinking, Logical Thinking, English
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Good analytical and logical thinking skill
  • Good communication both in Spoken and written form. (English and Bahasa)
  • Has at least 3 years working experience in logistics industries
  • Preferably has experience in managing team
  • Demonstrated a track record in performing in a fast pace environment
  • Willing to work under shift if required
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Return Parcels process meet end to end returned lead time
  • Accountable in ensuring compliance of end to end process from each involved stake holder for return management activities
  • Work closely with Sortation team in making sure all out bounded returned parcels from each of sortation center received by driver on the same day
  • Work closely with First Mile team to ensure failed return delivery process by driver successfully executed
  • Provide insight, report and information which then can be used for improvement plan on the ground to support return management process

  • Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
  • Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
  • Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
