Supervises day-to-day pickup operation, complete 100% of pickup assigned to routes daily, packages picked up are free from damage, complete handover of packages to sortation and reconciliation done with the team leader by end of the day, as assigned.
Assigns employees to balance workload. Arranges alternate coverage of service in case of employee absence or equipment failure.
Monitors work to ensure efficient and effective operations. Observes operational practices and enforces safety policies and procedures. Makes recommendations for process improvement, including changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of operations.
Makes recommendations for rate adjustments, ensure Operations team remain within cost targets and seek means by which to manage costs whilst maintaining/improving service and productivity levels
Generates and analyses operational reports and make recommendations as appropriate for necessary action and improvement.
Investigates and reports on worker injuries, accidents, and other incidents, maintains time records and manages attendance issues, provides timely feedback.
Investigates and resolves inquiries and complaints related to pickup operations promptly & timely.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Requirements :
Minimum Diplomas's Degree with 2 year(s) leader experience in express/transport operation for Route position.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, good analytical skill, able to translate the data into graphs / tables.
Able to conduct presentation to Senior Management team
Experience in handling a large team, good leadership skill and able to lead a team in accomplishing projects, achieving the performance target
Attention to detail
Willing to be placed in JABODETABEK
Good personality, Fully Dedicated and Excellent leadership skill
