Requirements :

Educational S1 Majoring Technical/Transport management
Computer literate is a must
English for oral and written is a must
Minimum experience 3 years in supervisory level
Working experiences at Logistic/Land Transport company managing 3PL’s Trucking
Have relationship with 3PL or trucking company is a must
Understand Basic vehicle model and capacity
Understand Indonesian Law and Traffic Regulation

Responsibilities :

Provide forecast projection for vehicles requirement
Built up 3PL capacity provided by existing or new 3PL
Review 3PL SLA performance
3PL Relationship and development
Coordinating with Internal User for forecast projection
Sourcing new 3PL collaborate with legal and procurement
Conduct Regular 3PL audit performance
Renew and terminate 3PL base on performance

Lazada eLogistics (LeL) is the Logistics arm of the Lazada Group and is structured around four operating Business Units

Express: own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery
Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
