Job Descriptions:
  • Plan, direct and control daily operations of the warehouse
  • Administer and enforce all company policies fairly and consistently.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation, processing, distribution and retention of all necessary reports and records regarding warehouse operations.
  • Work Collaboratively to ensure that all orders are processed within the fulfilment centre according to pre-established SLA’s, standards of quality, efficiency, costs and customer expectations are met.
  • Ensure that the site achieves all inventory accuracy metrics as they relate to order fulfilment at the site, including cycle count accuracy, shipping, receiving and packing accuracy.
  • Analyse and resolve work related problems and assist employees with troubleshooting and solving/quality issues.
  • Develop and implement staffing plans (MPP), operational budgets, capital equipment and inventory requirements.
  • Direct and oversee job assignments and plan daily labour schedules. Direct warehouse supervisory team to achieve the established objectives.
  • Coach employees to peak performance by developing the skill level of warehouse staff and their ability to produce quality work and increase efficiencies and productivity.
  • Oversee and ensures that the delivery orders to customers is received appropriately, efficiently and processed in a timely and safe manner by following established procedures
  • Design and oversee the daily pick/pack/shipping of orders to ensure the SLA’s are met
  • Ensure the trucks will be effectively route based on the time that has been set through transportation management system
Qualifications :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin will be an advantage
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Experience with shipping tools, Warehouse Management Systems and/or Order Processing Systems.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work within deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing others.
  • Excellent and proactive communications skills.
