JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Analyze problem with current running system then propose better solution
  • Cooperate with other business units to consult about their problem and come up with the solution
  • Compose BRD (business requirement document) stating the problem statement, goals, and ROI
  • Work together with TBP on submitting the requirement and assist/follow up in the development process
  • Person in change for UAT (user acceptance test)
  • Operation support (assist user in troubleshooting issues)
REQUIREMENT:
  • Good experience and knowledge in logistic system and operation
  • Good communication, coordination, learning, interpersonal, and reasoning skill
  • Candidate must at least possess bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English is a must, both in oral and written
  • Mandarin speaker is a plus
