Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibility : 
  • Responsible for maintaining Internal System & Training users about SOP of Fullfilment and Express System
  • Create, plan and provide system training materials in accordance with the needs of Company and work units
  • Create,  Update System SOP and System Documentation
  • Follow up system effectiveness to all branch office in Indonesia
  • Create, develop, recap report from training summary and errors/bugs/improvements feedback from users
  • Evaluate, plan and cooperate with leaders of relevant departments define the system training needs of all departments in the Company
 
Requirement :
  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology/Information System or equivalent with GPA minimum 3.00
  • Age maximum 27 years old
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (1-2 experienced will be advantage)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent Presentation Skill
  • Expert in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, etc)
  • Have experience in relevant training will be an advantage
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic/fast changing work environment
  • Fast learning
  • Fluent in English, ability to speaks in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Strong teamwork and good personality
  • Willing to do business trip to all Indonesia
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
