Job Description :
  1. Responsible for the overall company's talent development program.
  2. Responsible to find the right talents to be developed by the company.
  3. Responsible to design talent development program which align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  4. Responsible for maintaining, evaluating, and improving talent development program.
  5. Responsible for the availability of Training Need Analysis (TNA).
  6. Responsible for the availability of training curriculum.
  7. Perform assessment process as required.
  8. Provide assessment report and recommendation based on proven methodology/tools.
  9. Consult with the management and Strategic Business Unit leaders to meet the company's talent needs in the future.
Job Requirement       :
  1. Candidate must possess at least Master’s degree in psychology from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
  2. Candidate must possess SIPP (Surat Izin Praktik Psikologi)
  3. Maximum 33 years old
  4. Minimum 5 years experience in Managerial level for Talent Development or Talent Management function
  5. Capable of using Assessment Tools
  6. Capable of using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  8. High achiever
  9. Fluent in English both oral and written
