Job Description :
  • Responsible for the overall company's talent development program.
  • Responsible to find the right talents to be developed by the company.
  • Responsible to design talent development program which align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Responsible for maintaining, evaluating, and improving talent development program.
  • Responsible for the availability of Training Need Analysis (TNA).
  • Responsible for the availability of training curriculum.
  • Perform assessment process as required.
  • Provide assessment report and recommendation based on proven methodology/tools.
  • Consult with the management and Strategic Business Unit leaders to meet the company's talent needs in the future.
 
Job Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess at least Master’s degree in psychology from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
  • Candidate must possess SIPP (Surat Izin Praktik Psikologi)
  • Maximum 33 years old
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Managerial level for Talent Development or Talent Management function
  • Capable of using Assessment Tools
  • Capable of using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High achiever
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
