Job Description :
  1. Support, evaluate, and recommend changes to improve existing talent development program.
  2. Responsible for all technical matters related to talent development program.
  3. Create Training Need Analysis (TNA).
  4. Map out the training curriculum.
  5. Create regular reports on the progression of talent development program.
  6. Request feedback from the management, business units, and talent related with development program.
  7. Develop a scalable talent assessment system that could give meaningful insight and actionable plans.
  8. Perform assessment process as required.
  9. Provide assessment report and recommendation based on proven methodology/tools.
Job Requirement       :
  1. Candidate must possess at least Master’s degree in psychology from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
  2. Candidate must possess SIPP (Surat Izin Praktik Psikologi)
  3. Maximum 30 years old
  4. Minimum 3 years experience in Supervisory level for Talent Development or Talent Management function
  5. Capable of using Assessment Tools
  6. Capable of using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  8. High achiever
  9. Fluent in English both oral and written
