Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Responsible for scheduling, staffing and organizing the shifts.
  • Make sure the employees follow their schedule everyday.
  • Make sure the employees perform their tasks.
  • Shift leader must ensure product safety.
  • Make sure the workplace is safe, comfort and clean.
  • Reporting regulary to warehouse supervisor about employee performance or any issues.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Having experience as shift leader for minimun 2 year(s)
  • Having experience in production field will be plus point
  • Able to use computer, especially use Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Management skills
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Have strong leadership skills
  • Able to work in a team
  • Have strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
  • Placement in Cibitung (Jawa Barat) & Semper (Jakarta Utara)
