Main Responsibilities:
 
  • To maintain existing DHL customers by telephone within on a regular pre-defined call cycle to secure new business and to ensure that individual agreed targets are achieved.
  • To manage a portfolio of customers vie telephone.
  • Act as Telesales customers’ main contact for DHL, responding and satisfying their sales and post sales requirements. Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
  • Open new accounts and ensure they trade profitably.
  • To continually develop knowledge of DHL’s services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible standard of customer service.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Minimal Bachelor Degree with related experience
  • Excellent telephone skills, communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia) – spoken and written.
  • Attention to detail, stays focused on the details of the job. Checks and monitors works to ensure accuracy.
  • Provides information in a timely, clear and concise manner. Express ideas effectively, adjusting style to the needs of others. Listen attentively.
  • Persuades others to gain commitment and support.
  • Able to relate well with people form a wide variety of backgrounds.
  • Good analysis, thinks through a situation systematically. Critical evaluates both numerical and narrative information's.
  • Initiative to take action, making decision and proactively doing things for both current and future opportunities.
  • Works cooperatively with others to achieve group goals. Accomplishes own task in support of team goals.
