We're looking for passionate Trade Marketing Support in our Trade Marketing division - join our mission to make Ninja Academy gone massive. You will be responsible in ensuring partner/client relationship management ranging from partners' attendance %, client servicing, onboarding and off-boarding. Specifically, we're looking for people who have high spirit and interest in wide broad of marketing (event, acquisition, digital, brand, etc) and customer relationship management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Vocational School/Diploma Degree in Communication or Broadcasting, open for fresh graduates.
  • 1-year experience prior to Telemarketing positions.
  • High spirit, communicative, and well-composure.
  • Able to understand and address clients' needs & complaints.
  • A target-oriented person, always thrives and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Possess positive attitude and behaviour with high integrity.
