Job Description:
  • In depth understanding of the training needs of enterprises, the preparation, adjustment and implementation of training plans;
  • Responsible for the of teaching plans for professional tutorials, development of training programs, training courseware and the establishment of enterprise training database according to the training plan.
  • Training Modules Development, including curriculum, design the structure of the course, in class facilitation settings& activities, Evaluation and constantly update the training course according to the feedback of the course.
  • Conduct training both Soft skills and Hard skills, answering difficult questions, etc.
  • Prepare training report, feedback and evaluate the training effect.
  • Follow up the effect of training to improve the training work.
  • Helping field operations for courier on Drop Point or at Gateway
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Education/Teaching/Training/Communication or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Able to read, write and speak Mandarin and English
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Having expedition working experiences is a plus
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
  • Can withstand greater work pressure and accept travel
  • Maximum Age 34 years’ old 
  • Good communication and expressive skills and the ability to organize teaching cases and make full use of modern teaching equipment.
  • Able to adapt with the environment, ability to do case analysis, to learn, the ability to gain new knowledge and ideas, and to enrich the new theories and cases in the course.
