Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities : 
  • Project owner of all IC Training related programs and modules, responsible for the programs timeline and agreed outcome
  • Standardize and ensure high quality service and IC's understanding of SOP
  • Work with stakeholders/users to align on Training projects
  • Work with Regional Fleet team to align on Training projects
  • Provide reports related to training carried out to ensure all ICs are well trained and fully understood the SOPs
  • Facilitate and involve in new initiatives in the scope of Training sub-function
Requirements :
 
  • Bachelors’s degree
  • Demonstrated work experience as a training manager with direct reports responsibilities                        
  • Strong written & oral communication in Venture’s own language
  • Good written & oral communication skills in English.
  • Proven analytical skills and operations management skills
  • Attention to detail in Training and People Developments
  • Proven ability in leading a team in a result oriented environment
  • Highly committed and flexible to travel locally
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively will be an added advantage
  • At least 5 years of Managerial experience in Training & Development with a degree preferably
  • Intermediate Proficiency level in MS Office Software such as Excel, Word, Power point and Access will be an advantage.

  • Express: own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery
  • Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
  • Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
  • Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
