Job Description
  • Control and to monitor the use of annual training budgets and petty cash in accordance with the number of operational limits set by management.
  • Coordinate and to control readiness and availability of all infrastructures for all education, training and development programs.
  • Coordinate with General Affair team for accommodation such as ticket, hotels, catering for the needs of training participants.
  • Coordinate the availability of training participants & facilitator in the process of implementation of the training.
  • Compile and input all data to database (Learning Center) related to training activities, such as participant database & training evaluation
  • Prepare and monitoring operational cost, record and report all the activities
  • Sourcing and propose vendor to provide training service, coordinate the vendor with corporate HR and give suggestion on the implementation
  • Coordinate and control the operational implementation of the Library and Learning Center at the system.
Job Requirement
 
  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • At least 3 (three) years experiences in the same position
  • Deep understanding in Training Need Analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Willing to work in Cilandak
