Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Identify training and development needs within an organization trough analysis
  • Design and expand training and development program based on the needs of the organization and the individual
  • Conduct training program for new warehouse operation
  • Plan, prepare and provide training according to ID Group standard training
  • Design, coordinate, conduct, and evaluate all training activities to ensure program were held and done well, effective and efficient 
  • Make sure the training program fulfilled the standard requirements and procedures, also achieved company target
  • Motivate, develop, and evaluate warehouse staff skills and performance
  • Understand about the SOP in Warehouse and Logistic Company
  • Create a work program and help recapitulate data in order to provide direction to Management Trainees
  • Creating field modules and Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Education/Teaching/Training/Communication or equivalent.
  • 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin (is a plus).
  • Clear communication and presentation skill
  • Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel
  • Willing to be placed in PIK II
