JOB SUMMARY   
a. Responsible for SOC Customer from booking until SI
b. Responsible for feeder and vessel schedule for each service including export
c. Responsible for reporting space capacity in actual and forecast
d. Monitor transhipment port
 
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Has to go through day-to-day activities of customer services of SOC customer
b. Updating schedule and daily position sheet
c. Making report sales forecast space
d. Monitor transhipment port
e. Support in finding alternative feeder and making booking console when the current feeder omit
f. Support in daily activities of transshipment
g. Comply with Principal’s policy
h. Any other assignments as and when assigned by direct superior
 
 
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
 
Minimum Level of Qualification:
  1. Min. 1 year working experience at Shipping Agency
  2. Bachelor Degree in Sea Transportation Management preferably familiar in handling vessel, Indonesian feedering and cargo
Professional Skills:
  1. English Fluency in communication and correspondence
  2. Knowledge of handling vessel and cargo
  3. Trade rules and regulation
  4. Proficient in system and computer literacy
Personal Qualities:
  1. Highly motivated, result oriented individual with organization skills and ability to solve problems
  2. Attained to detail and analytical mind
