Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are looking for TOD Officer – Architect along with Jakarta – Bandung High-Speed Railways, PT KCIC is developing new TOD (Transit Oriented Development based townships as well integrated with each station namely Halim, Karawang, Walini and Tegalluar, set to be the new centers of economic activity for the future.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Manager in the execution of architectural projects
  • Coordinate with both internal resources and external contractors, vendors, governments.
  • Ensure that all drawings and documentation are delivered on time, within scope and quality.
  • Manage various design strategy, process and implementation.
  • Reviews selective shop drawings and samples, checks details fit out on site.
  • Design Architectural, Materials and Detail Architectural
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Architecture
  • Demonstrated experience in conceptual design through design development, production drawings, and construction documentation
  • Demonstrated general knowledge of building, technique related architectural principles and building code
  • Experience in Transportation Sector will be an advantage
  • Required Skill(s): Auto Cad, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Adobe, 2D Drawing
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • Ability to multi-tasking in a high volume and fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and to meet short-term and long-term deadlines

PT KCIC is a joint venture company that was established on October, 16th 2015 and has been approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Republic Indonesia on October, 20th 2015. PT KCIC was established to build a high-speed railway that will extend for 142.3 kilometers long between Jakarta and Bandung in West Java. The company consists of a consortium of State-Owned enterprises (SOEs) named PT Pilar Sinergi BUMN Indonesia, led by a construction company, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. and a consortium of Chinese companies named Beijing Yawan HSR Co.Ltd.
 
The High-Speed Railway corridor is known as a pioneer in one of the developments of Indonesia's modernization vision. There are 4 stations planned to be located along the route namely Halim, Karawang, Walini, and Tegalluar, where the depot position for maintenance and store railway carriage will be in Tegalluar station. The Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed rail trace will pass through various areas including DKI Jakarta, Bekasi City, Bekasi District, Karawang District, Purwakarta District, West Bandung District, Cimahi City, Bandung City, and Bandung District.
