  • Planning of work assignments and vehicle allocations to meet transportation/operations targets.
  • Confirm with customers, contractors, transporters or other personnel to exchange information or to resolve problems.
  • Direct & Supervise staffs in transportation or related services, such as Drivers, Mechanics, Warehouse of materials or people.
  • Review planning orders, delivery schedules, or notices to determine work sequences and material delivery dates, types, volumes, or destinations with actual achievements.
  • Report daily , weekly or monthly working achievement to Board of Management  or Customer as required.
REQUIREMENTS  : 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Transportation / Logistic / Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with good records
  • Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Transportation, Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge in Distribution Center delivery , Retail Distribution, Just In Time Transportation , Kanban or others
  • Strong knowledge  in financial report in the operation system of transportation, Logistics management, Suplly chain and Warehouse
  • Knowledge of requirement standards ISO, OHSAS, CSMS related to transportation and distribution
  • Required Skill(s): SAP , Transport Management System, JITT , Kanban
  • Applicant must be willing to work in North Jakarta and West Java
  • Full-Time positions available
