POSITION: Trucking Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Customs Clearance
REPORTING TO: Head of Sea Freight Customs Clearance
JOB SUMMARY: Coordinating and execution the deliveries and pick up for sea freight shipments.
 
DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Trucking Coordination
 
1. Booking Trucking to Vendor (LCL/FCL).
2. Monitor the trucking and trucking schedule from loading, tracing until unloading at destination is finished.
3. Coordination with vendor trucking to ensure on time invoicing process.
4. Controlling to collected vendor invoice, as well hardcopy documents (e.g. POD, Lolo, EFaktur,  Surat jalan).
5. Checking incoming invoice, validate and process with internal system.
6. Supervise special handling relate of Trucking or delivery (e.g. cross docking).
7. Responsible for all timeless recording and admin transport, accurate and complete.
8. Prepare truck utilization reporting on monthly basis.
9. Compiling and updating Truck Rate card on regular basis.
10. Evaluated the performance of Transporters.
11. Control & Monitor messenger activity.
12. Investigate Cargo Irregularities with trucking vendors and customer
13. Other transport related assignments as per need.
 
Candidate’s profile:
  • Diploma degree in Logistics Management, Transportation or related field
  • At least 2-3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Application must be willing to work in Tangerang, Airport Area
  • Good understanding of Indonesian trucking market and driver/vendor management
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (MS PowerPoint from advantage)
  • This is a full time position
