What will you do:
  • Work together with UX team members to communicate a direction and point of view.
  • Translate abstract ideas and requirements into tangible artefacts so that the cross-functional team can align on vision and a path forward.
  • Initiate basic user research with product manager/product owners to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on insights and recommendations.
  • Collect everything you can about our customers through data to drive your design decisions, seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements from stakeholders, create wireframes and workflows.
  • Proactively improve and develop new process/system with a good balance between new trends and product requirements.
  • Proactively to share your ideas with Product Owners and business team to solve user-related problems.
  • Put User centred-design first
What are the requirements:
  • Great understanding of the design process principle.
  • Able to use UX design process such as User Flow, User Journey, Information Architecture and so on. 
  • Great understand about design tools such us adobe XD, Photoshop, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator and etc. 
  • Basic User Research methods such us Usability Testing and User Interviews.
  • Can read Google Analytics *is a plus point.  
  • Able to documented every design process.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experiencing in presented idea to other teams or division.
  • Always up-to-date about UX design trends.
  • Dare to speak up your ideas.
  • Good communication skills are a must.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Support the QA team to make sure features are implemented as intended.
