Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description:

Control & monitor all fleet based on systems and/or manual,
Perform maintenance schedule to be addressed to all vehicles,
Control & monitoring all regulations related to fleet operations,
Control & monitoring of all licenses related to vehicle and/or drivers,
Ensure all data of our vehicle are update of all vehicles and drivers including form branches,
Control & monitor all operational vehicle cost,
Ensure the utilization of fleet are optimized,
Ensure the implementation of journey management, behavior based safety, health performance, defensive driving and all safety on the road are applied properly,
Perform fleet analysis for fleet utilization, deployment and replacement plan,
Perform vendor analysis report for monthly review,
Submit weekly/monthly activity report to Vehicle Manager.

Requirements :

Min. Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Logistic or Transportation or equivalent,
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Analyst / Specializing in Logistics/ Supply Chain or Fleet,
Have good analytical skill, communication skill, logistics or supply chain knowledge, e-commerce knowledge,
Good in Ms. Office (Excel, Power Point) and English language,
Must willing to travel as well to various locations in Indonesia.
