Overview: 
The vehicle staff will be the first person to contact for all operational activities related to vehicle management. He/She is going to be important to ensure all vehicles are available and safe to be driven. They will need to conduct audits or verification to ensure all assets are available and used properly. They will also need to support the operation team when there is an issue on the road (near-miss, incident, etc).

Job Description: 
  • Ensure user recerives vehicle D+7 after DO is approved,
  • Ensure, by coordination with related parties and vendors, all vehicles to be serviced and fixed within 48 hours,
  • Collaborate with related parties and contribute to driver safety behaviours, to reduce and prevent near miss or accidents,
  • Maintain database to conduct audit or verification, to ensure all vehicles are present and used accordingly.
Requirements: 
  • Min. SMK automotive/technical,
  • Experienced with Fleet Management,
  • Good with Microsoft Excel and Word,
  • Willing to be placed and work at Sort Hub Lampung.
