Excellence communication skill
Good negotiation skill
Have a knowledge of risk management

Good understanding of data analytics

Have desire to learn and try something new

Job Description :

Do screening and operational internal process for VOP Program
Conduct interview to see the ability and commitment of couriers of do the VOP Program for 5 years
Submit existing VOP IC application to get approval from HUB based on their 3 months performance
Submit 50% approval support DP to Regional team
Submit 100% DP and authority to install to Regional team
Communicate with internal Part (Hub, Finance, Legal, Fleet internal team, Regional team)
Maintain VOP IC’s performance management
Do coaching for VOP IC’s based on their performance
Submit installment payment to Finance
Monitoring internal process VOP until handover vehicle based on SLA

Lazada eLogistics (LeL) is the Logistics arm of the Lazada Group and is structured around four operating Business Units

Express: own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery
Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
