As VP Logistics, you are in charge of coordinating and monitoring end to end operations. At the same time, come up with strategy to optimize current set up.

Client Details

Our client is one of the largest E-commerce in the region, boasting their tremendous growth and strong track record. They are looking for a bright and dynamic senior logistics profile who thinks ahead and assist the business in this time of rapid growth.

Description

1. As the head of logistics you plan, organize and monitor logistics operations, such as warehousing, inventory, transportation and supply chain processes.

2. Drive ongoing deep dives on transport operations end-to-end (first, middle, last) performance and come up with solutions to optimize current set up.

3. Coordinate innovative strategies to accomplish objectives and build long-term profitability.

4. Analyze business plan, eliminate inefficiencies and track performance following implementation.

Profile

1. Experience in logistics warehousing and distribution, leading and developing logistics team members,with outstanding achievement in various logistics projects.

2. Experience managing a large fleet of assets.

3. Understanding of business process and importance of on time deliver

4. Knowledge of warehouse, transportation and enterprise software systems
applications

5. Ability to understand basic operations process modelling methodologies (SOPs framework) and to structure performance improvement activities (Kaizen)

6. Strong analytical skills with ability to create operational dashboards to track and monitor performance

7. Project management experience to drive operational improvement initiatives

8. Passion in logistics and expected to come up with ideas to develop logistics solution

9. English is a MUST
