Who we are looking for
 
We are looking for a Vice President of Operations who will be responsible for achieving logistics excellence in our end-to-end fulfilment and delivery solution. This role will be a key executive team member and work closely with the management team to build out and execute on the company’s mission and vision.
 
What will you do
  • Participate with senior management in the development and formulation of operational plans related to our end-to-end fulfilment and delivery
  • Lead various business development activities to grow our logistics network
  • Responsible for efficient operations of our third-party logistics partners and other parts of the network
  • Ensure quality management systems are implemented throughout our operations team
  • Identify innovative ways to maintain a competitive logistics product that creates high impact to our customers and team
  • Ensure that service levels and performance goals are met within prescribed parameters
What are the requirements
  • 7+ years of broad logistics and supply chain management experience
  • Expert in supply and demand planning, supply chain KPIs, network optimization, and other quantifiable results in supply chain
  • Ability to manage and influence a large dispersed operations
  • Experience working with key stakeholders in the logistics industry
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial minded
