Main function
This role is charged with the continuous development of the operations activities to facilitate the requirements of the Client to ensure they meet their goals.
 
Personal Qualification
• Minimum D3 in any major (major in logistics will be advantage)
• Experience minimum 6 years in warehouse (manager in logistics company will be advantage)
• Good understanding of warehousing and logistics processes is a must (from logistics of fashion and cosmetic will be prefered)
• Good Understanding of warehouse technical aspect such as equipment, warehouse layout design, loading and unloading, inventory management, warehouse management (WMS/IMS), and transport management (SAP knowledge is a must)
• Good understanding and able to developing efficient warehouse business process is a must
• Can create & develop new technical procedures related to warehouse operations
• Having vision to develop business, people and have mindset of implementing continuous improvement
• Having interest in receiving feedback from others
• Good leadership, communicator, problem solver
 
Responsibility
• Calculate manpower planning, equipment planning, and any other operation supplies needed to ensure all planning are executed in timely manner
• Create corrective action when target not achieve and initiate improvement to ensure no repeatation accure
• Collaborate with Maintenance on daily basis to ensure Equipment/MHE are fit to operate for daily operation 
• Ensure stock acuracy in the warehouse by conducting daily cycle count
• Conduct shift and daily review to understand issues, review current operation, propose corrective and preventive action
• Staff briefing and motivating employee to achieve the target
• Regularly monitor and assess each team member achievement and create development plan (training) to ensure they could do the work according to company’s requirement
• Create improvent initiative regularly to ensure all activities are effective and efficient
