Deskripsi Pekerjaan

This position will have responsibility to provide high quality services of warehouse administration function according to the policy and system procedures in order to support the warehouse activities.
 
Principal accountabilities:
• To manage warehouse data entry applications into inbound and outbound system accurately and within the service level standard.
• To ensure that all work volumes/applications are completed on a daily basis and plans are in place to clear any deadline that may occur.
• Managing ongoing change initiatives as they are introduced.
• Ensuring adherence to Business Processes.

Key responsibilities
 
  • To ensure all inbound cargo are verified accurately within the standard level.
  • To ensure all documentation are filed properly.
  • To manage inbound and outbound in standard KPI report timely and accurately.
  • To ensure the inventory report sent timely.
 
Who we are looking for
 
  • University graduate or diploma with minimum of 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Knowledge in logistic, supply chain, and warehouse systems and processes
  • Strong analytical, planning, problem solving, negotiation, and organizing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be open to work in Cikarang
