General Responsibilities:
Manages and coordinates the activities of the Warehouse, Salvage and Processing Operations.
 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create a schedule of activities and allocation of manpower for each shift and support supervisors to reach shiftily targets
  • SAP system validation for admin activity and make shifty activity reports in the warehouse
  • Manages inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inbound, outbound, block stock, pick face and Damage product
  • Ensure any and all overtime must have the written approval of the supervisor. The supervisor's initials must appear on the timecard beside the overtime hours.
  • Keep work area neat orderly and organized and assure that safety measures are established and maintained consistently
  • Motivate, organize encourage teamwork within the workforce to make sure set productivity targets are met.
  • Report and investigate evidence of damage product or facility and equipment
  • Perform the maintenance schedule for equipment making sure are all working perfectly.
  • Maintained a clean warehouse environment
 
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in any field. High school education with 3 years’ experience on FMCG are welcome
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Warehouse operations, WMS Knowledge, Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and regulations
  • Strong leadership and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a multi-task environment
