Deskripsi Pekerjaan

General Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items, securing of warehouse, and supervising staff.
 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Determine improvement opportunities, implement initiatives, evaluate results and ensure improvement implemented continuously
  • Delegating tasks to warehouse workers and creating detailed work schedules, work instruction and shift schedules
  • Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
  • Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
  • Ensure shipments and inventory transactions’ accuracy
  • Communicate job expectations and coach employees
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
  • Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
  • Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in any field. High school education with 3 years’ experience on FMCG are welcome
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Warehouse operations, WMS Knowledge, Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and regulations
  • Strong leadership and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a multi-task environment
