What will you do:
  • Helps real estate, racking, and others.
  • Helps ensure that resources are enough across warehouses.
  • Helps with procurement, budgeting, cost, and pricing.
  • Helps with warehouses' infrastructures
  • Plans and implements new design layouts; inspects equipment; issues work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
?What are the qualifications:
 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field (especially Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field).
  • Thorough knowledge of specialization such as housing, zoning, historic preservation, and economic development.
  • Knowledge of budgeting procedures and techniques.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field.
  • Highly self-motivated and feels at home working with aggressive schedules.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to build strong working relationships across multiple teams.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful, and self-starter who is able to work independently
