Main function
This role is charged with the continuous development of the operations framework. This is to be forthcoming through Coherent supervision of the operations structure and liaison with all departments within GAC Samudera Logistics. To facilitate the requirements of the Client to ensure they meet their goals
 
Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma 3 any major  (preferred from Logistics management)
  • Minimum 3 years as Supervisor 
  • English (minimum passive)
  • Good Understanding of warehousing processes, especially warehouse for fashion and cosmetic
  • Good knowledge of logistic functions
  • Good understanding of basic business process
  • Having vision to develop business and intention to develop continuous improvement
  • Having interest in receiving feedback from others
Job Description
  • Lead warehouse team to ensure the team achieve the goals
  • Conduct daily review to understand issues and propose corrective action to Warehouse Manager
  • Responsible for reporting all maintenance requirements for equipment and facility to the maintenance department and ensuring the equuipment should be ready to be used to support the operation
  • Ensure preventive maintenance are monitored and conducted on time as scheduled
  • Cultivate healthy habit on operators to treat their equipment properly
  • Conduct daily cycle count and report the result to respective Manager
  • Sign any discrepancy in Inbound and Outbound Process and propose corrective action to the manager
  • Coordinate with Transport to ensure that Truck are available when the products are ready to be shipped
  • Ensure that any discrepancy during load and unload process are reported and get approval from respective Manager
  • Ensure all employee doing their job properly and achive their target
