Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Descriptions :
  • Ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency
  • Developing warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping
  • Training and managing a Warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues.
  • Overseeing daily operations
  • Reviewing and preparing workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans, while ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
 
Qualifications :
  • Age 28 - 35 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a warehouse lead role.
  • Good command of English (writing, reading and speaking)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
  • Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
  • Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
  • Hands-on commitment
