Job Requirement :
  • Bachelors degree from Engineering/ Logistic/ Transportation major.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in same position & level is a must.
  • Have experience in handling subordinate or good leaership.
  • Willing to work at Meulaboh (Aceh) / Sorong (Papua) with roster system.
 
Job Description :
  • Implement and control warehouse strategies, policies and benchmark.
  • Coordinate and propose warehouse capacity developments and upgrades to meet inventory department requirements, provide warehouses with HSE and Contamination Control Standards and guides.
  • Provide input to planning and budgeting by forecasting revenue, expenses and capital assets for designated time frame, manage over all area of responsibility to ensure budget is not exceeded, identify performance, process.
  • Maintain a good communication with all relevant parties, including third party (vendor/supplier, customer, local surrounding people).
  • Identify, plan and evaluate subordinate needs and development and recommend subordinate development program based on competency needed and develop work culture.
  • Control the consistently of HSE implementation, make it as a working culture in the warehouse all the time
  • Control the Security of Warehouse Team and Safety Culture.
  • Resources allocation (Warehouse Team)
  • Supervise warehouse process execution such as assigning all parts to appropriate bin size and location, good condition of warehouse tools and material handling equipment and in adequate quantity, workplace compliance to company standards. (Receiving, Shipping, Contamination control, Inventory, Stock Accuration.
  • Monitor receiving & binning activities, ensure all related KPI achieved
  • Evaluate utilization of existing tools, equipment and facilities, regularly monitor space utilization and maintain coordination with HO for warehouse modification.
  • Other expense problem and resolve, resolve customer complaints in warehouse related situations.
  • To perform other management tasks and activities as identified from time to time with CKB‘s (Superior).
