Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Warehouse Inventory admin is responsible to support WH inventory supervisor to maintain accurate records of inventory.  The Warehouse Inventory admin handles the administrative task  to meet this goal, which include  cycle counts execution, the accounts for all defective or damaged products and follows with appropriate corrective action and WMS administration in relation with inventory management .  
  • Maintain and update inventory records.
  • Perform all daily activities necessary to maintain effective inventory management
  • Reconcile inventories and coordinate annual physical inventory procedures
  • Work with Inventory SPV on implementing loss prevention programs and improving management of inventory
  • Perform scheduled cycle counts and make system adjustments as necessary
  • Administrate all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts
  • Ensure Inventory cycles are completed within KN and customer guidelines.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of reports regarding Inventory operations.
  • Adhere to Kuehne + Nagel’s Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Program policies and procedures.
  • Degree in related field
  • Relevant warehouse process and Warehouse Management System (WMS) qualifications
  • Should have more than 1 year experience in a warehouse inventory 
  • Advanced MS OFFICE knowledge and good know-how of Warehouse Management Systems 
  • Good understanding of warehouse process
  • Is trained on the do's and don'ts of the processes related to the own department
  • Is trained and understand the basic functionalities of WMS
