Kualifikasi :
  • Minimal pendidikan D3 semua disiplin ilmu.
  • Minimal pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai Workforce Management Analyst.
  • Memahami Forecasting, Scheduling dan Staffing di Contact Center.
  • Memahami Workload Analysis.
  • Siap bekerja shifting dan lembur atau piket di hari raya.
Deskripsi pekerjaan :
  • Membuat Forecast atau perkiraan untuk operational contact center dari sisi kapasitas untuk pencapaiaan service level tertentu (operational).
  • Membuat Laporan sehubungan dengan beban kerja dan update jumlah kapasitas contact center agent serta monitoring pencapaian KPI.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan operational contact center untuk mendiskusikan perihal performance atau kinerja dan forecast atau perencanaan hal-hal yang perlu dikembangkan dan penyesuaian dalam bentuk laporan
