Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Support Assistant Finance Manager & Country Finance Manager to achieve goals related with AR & Billing
- Manage AR team to make sure all Outstanding Collected on time, follow up to respective department if any issue and monitor the update.
- Manage Billing team to make sure all invoice submitted to customer correct and on time
- Manage Cashier Team to update payment on SAP AR on time and update the Bank Reconciliation
- Clarification to GSS Bank Recon team for open BR outstanding
- Arrange Weekly Meeting with another department to discuss about updated issue and find the action plan
- Support decision making by provide suggestion an advice if there any issue related with Billing, Collection and Cashier.
- Update Report of KPI Collection Plan to Regional (twice a month)
- Update Bank Reconciliation Report to Regional (Weekly Basis)
- Supporting Collection Forecasting to support Cash Flow Management to Finance Manager
- Monitoring Collection of Withholding /Prepaid Tax Certificate
- Monitoring VAT Invoice issuance to customer & VAT out report to MUC (Tax Consultant), also to perform reconciliation between LCS and VAT out report.
- Able to cover / as a back up for all part of the team (Billing, AR/Collection & Cashier)
- Communicate to GSS/GFC if there any new requirement to simplify the process
- Communicate with IT Vendor if there any new issue with Local Finance System
- Initiate new solution or process in Billing, AR Collection or Cashier to achieve Goals/KPI
- Motivate & Educate team how to work in each part efficiently
- Facilitate to team a meeting (monthly basis) to update any internal issue or customer issue.
- Follow up and update with action for Internal Audit Finding.
- Provide Appraisal for team performance.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor degree, preferable from finance and accounting
- Min. 2 year’s working experience
- Preferably experience in billing process
- Detail and Customer oriented
- Good communication skills both written and verbal in English, and internal personal skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadline
- Discipline, honest and reliable
- Good health is a must
