What will you do:
  • Focus on acquiring high value merchant leads (online/offline) to start using services of Shipper.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new merchant leads. 
  • Source and build strong merchant leads’ database, approach and acquire them.
  • Manage and grow merchants' numbers.
  • Manage and coordinate with the teams for generating database and increasing clients to reach and exceed company targets.
  • Managing objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of team.

What are the requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of sales (successful previous experience as a sales manager who consistently meeting or exceeding targets)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven experience to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Experience managing and directing a team. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
