Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Candidate must possess at least Diploma
Must have experience in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experiences in the related field (logistic) is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Communicating by email with agents & customers
Handle all data sales and documentation
Follow up to agent and customer about status delivery
Complaint handling
Make sure shipment schedule run as planned
Make sure / asking prove of free time shipment
Make monthly report
Fluent in english, understand export import procedures (mostly for import)
Familiar with consolidation
Communicative, Responsive, Responsible and able to work underpressure

In a short few years period, we now operate our own customs clearance license (PPJK), operate multiple warehouses and operate a container depot/yard. We also have a wide network of domestic agents and international agents. All these added up with our dedicated full time staffs means proper handling and shipments and keeping our customers worry free from their logistics and warehousing issues. And we will strive to keep growing to be one of the benchmark in freight forwarding industry.
