What Will You do
  • Travel across different regions to canvass potential partnerships, in order to extend the Shipper’s operating footprint
  • Meet with prospects to understand their needs, give a demo of Shipper, and ultimately offer Shipper as an extra stream of income
  • Execute market research to understand the target demographic of our potential new partnerships
  • Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of clients and target markets within the market segment
  • Identify new partnerships, on-board, train, monitor their progress during the first stage of partner acquisition
  • Monitor the quality of our partners to ensure quality of partners and ensure retention of different sized partners
  • Have a solid understanding of Shipper’s product and features
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Communicate customer experience and feedback to product and business development team
Requirements 
  • 3-4 Years of Experiences in B2C Partnerships
  • Have Interpersonal Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Industry background: Logistics Background or multi-national companies with strong brand presence across Indonesia.
  • Complete fluency in both English and Indonesian, spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, insightful and creative in developing appropriate solutions.
  • Highly motivated, a self-starter, efficient with time management, goal orientated with a desire for professional growth
  • Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, leadership, customer & associate relation skills
