Plan, direct, and control all operations within the service area of the branch in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a cost effective branch operation and market services to customers by organizing and directing staff in providing in-depth account representation in an effort to meet and/or exceed targeted objectives.
 
 
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Selling Skills, Leadership Skill.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years experience in International/Domestic Express, Land, Sea, and Air Freight Industry.
  • Preferably Manager/Assisstant Manager in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Experience in handling branch operations.
  • Knowledge of express and distribution industry.
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal).
  • Computer literate on Microsoft Office application.
  • Strong planning, organizing, negotiation, and presentation skill.
  • Have own car.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Balikpapan.
