One of our client, a Start Up Logistic for Financial Services, is looking for Business Development Manager who has exposure in financial services or having a good channel in banking, insurance, multifinance, payment gateway industry as a client. Descriptions:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirements:

Having network in the banking/financial industry
Good business acumen
Good English communication
Age below 45 yrs old
Experienced at least 5 years as a Business Development
Exposure in leading a team for growing company business
