Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Drive business solution improvement through design and implementation of harmonized, efficient and best practice solutions
- Improved way of working for all employees and clients with focus on process and organizational excellence within the main field of Logistics Services and responsible for the development and administration of all policies and operational procedures as well
- Work within the organization at all levels, creating value and buy-in as a key change facilitator helping to drive the company’s improvement
- Responsible for managing and facilitating improvement projects of new system related IT and business process effectiveness and efficiency that supporting of business objectives
- Take a leading role in corporate projects with process design, gap analysis activities, business analysis, data migration, testing, training and organizational change management
- Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to:
- Design and deploy system access and authority models
- Take a leading role in the direction of user training (both process and system)
- Manage prioritization of business issues
- Manage specification of management and operational reports
- Supervise system change management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experiences in the same position & level
- Bachelors degree from engineering major
- Knowing change management principles and best practices
- Have a strong leadership and communication skill
